Room was very comfortable but needs to be updated and the carpet needs to be cleaned. The coffee station in the lobby was great and we used it. The noise level was fine. They let us check in early, which was great. Would definitely return to stay here.

Beware of the $30 a day resort fee. This is a basic motel and they don't even provide free breakfast. There are no resort amenities here. Rooms were okay. Could have been a little cleaner but it's nice that they have a mini kitchen, Dining table and couch. Won't return. $30 a day scam is outrageous.

Very clean, extremely well-equipped apartment! Even had a fireplace. Very walkable for downtown. Can't say enough about the Villas as a base for exploring Santa Fe! Great value too. If you are thinking about booking here--do it! Thanks for a fabulous stay!

As an owner We didn’t have the experience we were wishing we would have. It has turned out to be a complete disaster! The only good thing I can say is, Alex is a great assistant manager. She has tried to help us with the issue that occurred to the best of her ability, but it has still been nothing but a huge inconvenience.

The best place to stay! Staff is fantastic, and the coffee machine in the office is unbelievable. Plus if you go in the Library they have pretty much any movie you can think of. Plus you have use of a top of the line hasty bake grill, and a fire pit and patio, to party with all the people you meet here.

I have stayed at the Villas on 2 separate occasions. The rooms are extremely nice, clean, and comfortable. There is also a nice looking workout room on the property and a coffee maker in the room! Coffee makers sadly seem to be disappearing …
